Agent Split Options

We can set up your commission structure two ways seen below

No Monthly Fee

Recommended for anyone who has enough monthly subscriptions to keep track of and doesn't want to add another. This option has a flat fee of $3,500 deducted from each of your first 3 deals ($10,500 total) and then you are at 100% commission for the remainder of the year! The plan is a long-term company play to drive more agents in so we can all learn from each other and grow our networks while bringing home more of our hard-earned money to our family.

Monthly Fee

This option is for a seasoned agent that has consistent leads coming in and can budget $750 monthly payments. This plan gives the agent 100% commission upon starting. Commitment and consistency equals a better payout.
